Manual vs Auto Approval WorkFlow

Manual vs Auto Approval WorkFlow Each day, certain projects qualify for auto approval based on predefined criteria. However, some entries may not meet those conditions - these need to be manually approved from the Project Scraper.

You’ll find these approvals organized under the “Published Entries” section, which has two main tabs:
  • Auto Approval – Projects that met the criteria and were automatically approved.
  • Need Manual Approval – Projects that required manual review.
When you open the Need Manual Approval section, you’ll see two sub-tabs:
  1. Pending – Projects waiting for manual approval.
  2. Manually Approved – Projects that have already been reviewed and confirmed.
Daily Task: (temporary task)
  1. Go to the Pending tab and pick a project from the list.
  2. Search for the same project in Project Scraper and manually approve it there.
  3. Once approved in Scraper, return to the Pending tab in the Published Entries page.
  4. Click on “Bulk Operations” – checkboxes will appear next to each project.
  5. Select the projects you’ve just approved and click “ Approve” under Bulk Operations.
After this step, the projects will move from the Pending list to the Manually Approved tab. This ensures both systems - Project Scraper and Published Entries (PIPE) - stay in sync and reflect accurate approval status.
