Gmail Setup - PIPE Preview

If Email is Not Redirecting to Gmail When You Click on the Email Hyperlink in PIPE's Preview,

Use the Following Steps:

1. Step 1 – Open Chrome Handler Settings Open Chrome. In the address bar, copy-paste this and press Enter: chrome://settings/handlers

2. Step 2 – Enable HandlersMake sure the option “Sites can ask to handle protocols” is switched ON.This allows Gmail (and other apps) to open email links.

3. Step 3 – Allow GmailGo to https://mail.google.com.When Gmail loads, look at the right side of the address bar.You should see a diamond icon (two interlocking diamonds).Click the icon → select Allow Gmail to open all email links → click Done.

4. Step 4 – Test ItClick on any email hyperlink (e.g., someone@example.com).

Gmail should now open in a new tab with a Compose window and the email address already filled in.
